RAXIMO motorcycle products come with an ABE (General Operating Permit). This means that installation on motorcycle models listed in the ABE does not require further inspection by TÜV (Technical Inspection Association).

The outer diameter is consistently 22 mm, and the inner diameter is approx. 12 mm.

The New Generation handlebar from Raximo was developed for higher torsional rigidity in newer motorcycle models. With thicker material (28 mm Ø) in the clamping area and an 800 mm projection, it improves the riding feel on many models.

RAXIMO Aluminum Handlebar "MX"

Ideal for Enduro, Motocross, and Adventure Bikes. This handlebar was specially developed for Motocross and Enduro or Adventure Bikes. The handlebar is made from a high-strength Ergal 7075 T6 aluminum alloy; bending the handlebar after a fall or crash, as with a ‘normal’ aluminum handlebar, is largely impossible. The high torsional rigidity is also achieved by a 5 mm material thickness. For high anti-twist security of the grip, the left side of the handlebar is knurled. The ABE includes models for which we and the TÜV have not only tested the material and design of the handlebar itself, but also the cable lengths and lines with the new handlebar. With original parts, installation safety is ensured here. Handlebars that meet this requirement with ABE will be displayed after vehicle selection and above the shopping cart button with a green field (model-specific item).

High-strength aluminum tube handlebar with scaling for easy alignment at the clamp.

The perforations on the outside and in the middle of the handlebar allow for the internal routing of the control wiring within the handlebar.

RAXIMO Aluminum Handlebar "CLIP-ON HANDLEBARS"

CNC-milled aluminum clip-on handlebar sets consisting of a pair of clamps and a pair of handlebar tubes (22.2 mm, 22.2 mm cranked, or 1 inch) including all necessary screws and ABE from RAXIMO. Conversion for Harley Davidson is also possible (installation approval by TÜV required). The high-quality clip-on handlebars from Raximo are CNC-milled from high-strength aluminum 6082T6. Details The fork mounts are available with diameters from 32–58 mm and feature a double clamp for a secure fit on the fork. The handlebar mount is secured with 2 screws and has a 6-degree crank. The handlebar tubes are interchangeable and also available individually. Installation approval is required. The handlebar tubes are available in 5 colors, as well as 22.2 mm, 22.2 mm cranked, and 1 inch diameters. The mount for the handlebar tube is offset upwards by 23 mm.
